We have two distinct audiences for this site… event planners who are looking for service providers and vendors who provide services related to events and the events industry.
We limit advertising on our site to companies that we can strongly recommend to our colleagues. Although we do not necessarily control the ads that come to the site through ad programs such as Google Adsense, we can control private ad placements and feel an ethical responsibility to YourEventMarketplace users to not advertise companies that are not aligned with our core values and mission.

Widget ads are seen on the right sidebar on each page of the site. The primary benefit of these ads is that they are seen on almost any post or page that a site visitor views. These ads are available for one flat price and can be either a 410×200 or a 200×200 image.
Your ad is placed within each post published on the site for the month. The main benefit of this ad is that regular readers see them as they go out via email and on the site. Content ads are limited to two spots per month (one above and one below the fold).
The length of advertising varies by type of advertising and ranges from one month to 12 months. We provide a flat-rate price rather than a pay-per-click model as it makes both your expenses and our revenues predictable in advance. We accept payment by direct deposit or credit card and payment is due in advance of ad placement.
